A lifelong activist, Phoenix Trent is a nonprofit professional and public interest advocate with experience in the public sector, private sector, and philanthropy. His skill set centers around community organizing, progressive advocacy, government relations, public affairs, arts advocacy, environmental advocacy, sustainable community building, foundational giving, strategic planning, campaigns, and nonprofit development which has helped him to forge deep and meaningful connections, support positive change for our planet, and raise over 15 million dollars over the course of his career.

Ashley Gaddis is a communications professional with a passion for driving impactful public interest policy. Ashley graduated from Tulane University in 2016 and continued her education, earning a Master's degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Georgetown University and a Master's degree from The London School of Economics in International Social and Public Policy.
Ashley’s professional work has revolved around building coalitions for private ventures, nonprofits, and associations looking to make a positive impact in their communities. Her passion for social justice and communications expertise has given her the unique ability to develop impactful strategic plans aimed at empowering individuals and organizations.
MOLLY ROSENTHAL, DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Molly Rosenthal has broad experience in communications strategy and relationship development. She is a trained journalist who is passionate about community health and grassroots advocacy. She earned her degree from San Francisco State University and reported on hyperlocal politics and the arts scene in the Bay Area. Molly believes in the influential power that coalitions and collaboratives possess to affect sustainable positive change in our community.

Kat Midas has extensive background in environmental conservation. web design, and statistics/data analysis. She earned a degree in Natural Resources and the Environment from Virginia Tech with a focus on Fisheries Conservation. Kat is passionate about protecting and restoring our natural resources and has broad experience developing robust and engaging virtual platforms and marketing tools.

Mirabai Trent has spent years working in nonprofit development, content creation, web design, and the creative arts and is deeply passionate about driving social change and authentic community connection. After co-founding HATCH Workshop, Circle Creative Collective, and Chrysalis, Mirabai brings her unique eye for design and love of language to the team.
