His skill set centers around organizational growth, community advocacy, government relations, public affairs, foundational giving, grant management, strategic planning, and campaigns, which has helped him to forge deep and
meaningful connections and support positive change on a local and national level.
ASHLEY GADDIS, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
Ashley Gaddis is a communications professional with a passion for driving impactful public interest policy. Ashley graduated from Tulane University in 2016 and continued her education, earning a Master's degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Georgetown University and a Master's degree from The London School of Economics in International Social and Public Policy.

Ashley’s professional work has revolved around building coalitions for private ventures, nonprofits, and associations looking to make a positive impact in their communities. Her passion for social justice and communications expertise has given her the unique ability to develop impactful strategic plans aimed at empowering individuals and organizations.
MIRABAI TRENT, CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
A co-founder of HATCH Workshop, Circle Creative Collective, and Chrysalis, Mirabai Trent has spent years working in nonprofit organizational development, content creation, web design, and the creative arts and is deeply passionate about driving social change and authentic community connection.
